As a gel suitable for applications in the industrial field, it has the following characteristics.

For example, it is used for the temporary anchoring of materials during the manufacturing process for precision parts etc., and during their transport, for antistatic measures for the human body, for anti-vibration materials, and for the removal of foreign substances in clean rooms etc.

By utilizing the self-adhesive and easily removable properties of industrial ST-gel, the gel is used as temporary anchoring materials for the processing of precision parts and as temporary anchoring materials for in-process transport or external transport.

• The gel material is either acrylic-type or urethane-type.
• Does not leave adhesive residue and the degree of adhesiveness can also be adjusted.

(1) Transparent Conductive Sheets for Antistatic Measures

A slightly adhesive gel sheet with a non-adhesive film attached. For example, used as a static elimination sheet for static-sensitive items (PC monitors, keyboards etc.) used in clean rooms.
Flexible, removable, and hardly emits any dust. Transparent sheets do not interfere with work.
By utilizing the cushioning properties and conductivity of the gel, it can also be used as an antistatic mat on a workbench.

(2) Wrist Pads to Prevent Static Charges in the Human Body

By using ST-gel for the part of a wrist pad that touches the human body to prevent static charges in the human body, it becomes easier to handle products and also enhances adhesion to the skin, enabling its use in clean rooms.
Moreover, its internal resistance provides safety even if a ground fault occurs. Even those who have metallic allergies can use it safely.

• A mat which uses the self-adhesive properties of urethane gel to trap dirt and dust from the soles of shoes.
• Dirt trapped on the mat can be easily removed with a wet cloth.
• Can be used repeatedly since the adhesiveness is restored by removing the dirt.

The shock absorbing performance of the gel material mitigates impact and vibration. Can be used for anti-vibration with electronic devices/precision equipment, or to prevent falling furniture/PCs etc.

• Effective in preventing flat-screen TVs from falling over in the event of an earthquake with seismic waves similar to that of the Great East Japan Earthquake (M9) (verified by internal tests).
• Since it does not use plasticizers (GU grade), there are no concerns that the gel would soil the contact surfaces (rooms).
