Safety

ST-gel is highly safe, providing high adhesiveness and electrical conductivity while having low skin-irritating properties.

Safety of Each Gel Grade

Our unique polymerization reaction control technologies have allowed us to form extremely safe polymer networks where unreacted substances in the gel (residual monomers, etc.) are greatly reduced. In addition, the products are composed of ingredients and materials which are verified as being safe, resulting in an extremely safe product.

Assessment of Rash Conditions on Human Skin

<24 Hour Open Patch Test>

(Test Methods)
  1. Test material was affixed to the inside of the upper arm of 20 test subjects.
  2. The area where the material is affixed is visually inspected after the material is affixed for 24 hours and replica samples collected only from those that show no abnormalities visible to the naked eye.
  3. The entire visual field of replica specimens is then microscopically examined 50 time magnification.
  4. The results are then split into 4 stages, from A-Stage to D-Stage, based on irritation severity, observed and judged.
