ST-gel is a hydrogel born from the unique polymerization technologies of Sekisui Plastics. This is a safe and high performance material which consists of water, and where necessary humectant and electrolytes stabilized in a hydrophilic resin matrix.
- CR Grade
A hydrogel suited for ECG, EMG (electroencephalograph electrode) electrode etc. sensor applications.
Low impedance and provides superior non-polarity and defibrillation tolerance through combination with Ag/AgCl (silver/silver chloride) elements.
Good adhesion to skin surface allows for stable measurements.
- SR Grade
A hydrogel suited for electrical stimulation applications such as TENS and EMS electrodes.
Weight only changes slightly when dried and is suited for repeated applications.
- NR Grade
A hydrogel which is designed so as to minimize causing corrosion when directly applied to metal.
Suitable for neutral electrodes. Has the same characteristics as the SR grade.
- HIT Grade
A hydrogel suited for Resting ECG electrodes and other types of disposable electrode applications.
Shows a strong adhesiveness immediately after being applied to the skin.
- AG Grade
A hydrogel with strong adhesiveness comparable to that of commercially available adhesive tape.
