We offer products of various impedance and high adhesiveness to products that are almost completely nonadhesive.
| Grade | Sub-grade | Applications (Examples) | Thickness (For the Gel Alone) | Roll Length (Standard Value) | Characteristics |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SR | SR-H | Low Frequency Stimulation | 0.8mm | 100m | Highly Adhesive |
| SR-R | 0.75mm | 100m | Maintains adhesiveness even after repeated uses | ||
| NR | NR | Return Electrodes | 0.5mm | 100m | Low corrosiveness in contact with AL sheet |
| CR | CR-S | ECG | 0.6mm | 100m | Low impedance and soft adhesiveness |
| CR-H | 0.6mm | 100m | Low impedance and gel does not stick out far | ||
| HIT | HIT | R-ECG | 0.65mm | 100m | Very tacky immediately after being applied to the skin. |
| AG | AG-01 | Bioadhesive Materials | 0.1mm | 150m | High adhesiveness suitable for long-hour application when paired with base film |
| G | G-CR | Other | 0.3, 0.5, 1.0mm | 100m, 150m | Low impedance, low adhesiveness and elastic |
| G-SC | 0.3, 0.5, 1.0mm | 100m, 150m | Low adhesiveness and elastic |
- Standard Roll Width: 300mm
- Protective Film Composition: 60μmPE/100 or 125μmPET or 100μm release paper (3 or 6 inch paper core)

Physical Property Images for Each Type of Gel Sheet
Intermediate re-inforcing material is a cloth which is used to strengthen the gel to improve handling processability.

- Can be supplied in sheets.

- Can be supplied in rolls.

S Type (Polyester Nonwoven Fabric)
A fairly rigid material with low flexibility.
Suited for punching, cutting and situations where the gel is handled on its own. Can only be supplied in sheets. |

M Type (Polyester Nonwoven Fabric)
A more flexible nonwoven fabric than the S Type.
Suited for continuous cutting. |
*Please consult with us on for other types with or without intermediate backing materials.

- *Adhesiveness was measured in accordance with the 90° Peel-off Method from JIS-Z0237 (On a Bakelite plate)
- (*1) Value converted to 90° peel-off test value (2 times the 180° peel-off test result)
- (*2) 180° peel-off test (On PET film)
- (*3) 90° peel-off test measured 2 hours after being affixed to Bakelite plate
- (*4) 90° peel-off test measured immediately after being affixed to Bakelite plate
